Ingredients
- ☕ Espresso – strong brewed
- 🍶 Mascarpone – softened
- 🥚 Eggs – separated
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
- 🍰 Ladyfingers – for layering

- 🥃 Coffee Liqueur – optional
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🍶 Gently fold in mascarpone cheese.
- ☁️ In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- ☕ Dip ladyfingers in espresso (and coffee liqueur, if using).
