Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed

- 🌿 Coriander – chopped
- 🍞 Bread crumbs – for binding
- 🫙 Spices – as per taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes, peas, onions, chilies, coriander, and spices in a bowl.
- 🍞 Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture.
- 👐 Shape the mixture into small, flat patties.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
