Ingredients
- 🥔 Potato – boiled and mashed
- 🫘 Chickpea flour (besan) – for binding
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🥄 Spices – turmeric, cumin, coriander powder
- 🫙 Yogurt – whisked
- Tamarind chutney – as needed
- 🌱 Mint chutney – as needed
- Sev – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥔 Combine mashed potatoes, chickpea flour, onions, chilies, cilantro, and spices. Form into small patties (tikkis).
- 🔥 Shallow fry or bake the tikkis until golden brown and crispy.
- 🥣 Arrange tikkis on a plate. Top with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
- ✨ Garnish with sev and cilantro. Serve immediately.
