Ingredients
- 🍤 Tiger prawns – 500g, deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Green onions – 2 stalks, chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate prawns with soy sauce, honey, and garlic for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
