Ingredients

  • 🍤 Tiger prawns – 500g, deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🌿 Green onions – 2 stalks, chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate prawns with soy sauce, honey, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  • 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • 🌶️ Sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
