Tiger prawn salted egg

Ingredients

  • 🦐 Tiger prawns – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🥚 Salted egg yolks – 2, cooked and mashed
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥛 Milk or cream – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🦐 Marinate prawns with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, chili, and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.
  • 🥚 Add mashed salted egg yolks and cook until frothy.
  • 🍤 Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.
  • 🥛 Stir in milk or cream for a richer sauce. Serve immediately.
