Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – for dough
- 🥩 Ground meat (beef/lamb/pork) – filling
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – grated
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍶 Soy sauce – optional
Instructions
- 🥟 Prepare dough and filling with ground meat, vegetables and spices.
- 🔪 Roll out dough and fill with meat mixture. Shape into desired forms (momos/dumplings).
- ♨️ Steam the momos/dumplings for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥣 Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce.
