Ingredients

  • 🌾 Flour – for dough
  • 🥩 Ground meat (beef/lamb/pork) – filling
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – grated
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – optional

Instructions

  • 🥟 Prepare dough and filling with ground meat, vegetables and spices.
  • 🔪 Roll out dough and fill with meat mixture. Shape into desired forms (momos/dumplings).
  • ♨️ Steam the momos/dumplings for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🥣 Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce.
