Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Thokku (pickle) – 4 tbsp
  • 🌱 Mint Leaves – chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala – 1 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – 4 cups
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes; cook until soft.
  • 🌶️ Add thokku and biryani masala; cook for a few minutes.
  • 🍚 Add rice, water, and salt; bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
  • 🌱 Garnish with mint and cilantro before serving hot.✨
