Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Thokku (pickle) – 4 tbsp
- 🌱 Mint Leaves – chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🥄 Biryani Masala – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes; cook until soft.
- 🌶️ Add thokku and biryani masala; cook for a few minutes.
- 🍚 Add rice, water, and salt; bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🌱 Garnish with mint and cilantro before serving hot.✨
