Ingredients

  • 🌾 Noodles – hand-pulled or thick noodles
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – carrots, spinach, etc.
  • 🍖 Meat/Tofu – diced (optional)
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili Flakes – to taste
  • 🍵 Broth – vegetable or meat based
  • 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add vegetables and meat/tofu (if using) and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and chili flakes.
  • 🍜 Cook until noodles are tender and broth has thickened slightly.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
