Ingredients
- 🌾 Noodles – hand-pulled or thick noodles
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – carrots, spinach, etc.
- 🍖 Meat/Tofu – diced (optional)
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili Flakes – to taste
- 🍵 Broth – vegetable or meat based
- 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and meat/tofu (if using) and cook for a few minutes.
- 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and chili flakes.
- 🍜 Cook until noodles are tender and broth has thickened slightly.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
