Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧂 Garam Masala – 2 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- ❤️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🍗 Add chicken pieces, yogurt, and spices. Cook until chicken is tender and well coated.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving. ✨ Enjoy!
