Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli Rice – 2 cups
- 🌱 Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for greasing
Instructions
- 💧 Soak rice and dal separately for 4-5 hours.
- 🥣 Grind them separately into smooth batters.
- 🤝 Mix both batters with salt and let it ferment overnight.
- ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes or until done.
- ✨ Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
