Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
  • 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • 🌻 Sunflower Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🍉 Watermelon Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🫙 Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🖤 Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Green Cardamom – 4 pods
  • 🏵️ Saffron – a few strands
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak almonds and other seeds in warm water for a few hours.
  • ✨ Grind soaked ingredients with peppercorns and cardamom into a fine paste.
  • 🥛 Mix the paste with milk and saffron.
  • 🍬 Add sugar to taste and chill for at least an hour.
  • 🧊 Serve cold, garnished with chopped nuts if desired.
