Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
- 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup
- 🌻 Sunflower Seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🍉 Watermelon Seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🫙 Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🖤 Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Green Cardamom – 4 pods
- 🏵️ Saffron – a few strands
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Soak almonds and other seeds in warm water for a few hours.
- ✨ Grind soaked ingredients with peppercorns and cardamom into a fine paste.
- 🥛 Mix the paste with milk and saffron.
- 🍬 Add sugar to taste and chill for at least an hour.
- 🧊 Serve cold, garnished with chopped nuts if desired.
