Ingredients
- 🐐 Goat Head Meat – cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig fresh
- 🌶️ Masala Powders – Turmeric, Chili, and Coriander powder
- 🧂 Whole Spices – Cinnamon, Cloves, and Cardamom
- 🍀 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sauté whole spices, onions, and curry leaves until golden.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they turn soft and mushy.
- 🧂 Stir in the turmeric, chili, and coriander powders along with the cleaned meat.
- 💧 Pour in enough water to cover the meat and pressure cook for 6 to 8 whistles until tender.
- ✨ Simmer the gravy to your preferred thickness and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
