Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
- 🍚 Rice – for serving
- 🌶️ Chili Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🥦 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup
- 🌿 Thai Basil – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry protein until browned, set aside.
- 🌶️ Sauté chili paste in pan, add coconut milk and vegetables.
- 🥘 Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 🐔 Return protein to pan, heat through.
- 🌿 Serve over rice, garnish with Thai basil.
