Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
  • 🍚 Rice – for serving

  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🥦 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Thai Basil – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry protein until browned, set aside.
  • 🌶️ Sauté chili paste in pan, add coconut milk and vegetables.
  • 🥘 Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • 🐔 Return protein to pan, heat through.
  • 🌿 Serve over rice, garnish with Thai basil.
