Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🌶️ Green Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 lb, cubed
- 🌿 Thai Basil – 1/4 cup
- 🥕 Bell Peppers – 1 sliced
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté green curry paste in coconut milk until fragrant.
- 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🥕 Add bell peppers and other vegetables.
- 🥘 Simmer until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and serve hot with rice.🍚
