Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🌶️ Green Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 lb, cubed
  • 🌿 Thai Basil – 1/4 cup
  • 🥕 Bell Peppers – 1 sliced

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté green curry paste in coconut milk until fragrant.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
  • 🥕 Add bell peppers and other vegetables.
  • 🥘 Simmer until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
  • 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and serve hot with rice.🍚
