Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 💧 Water – 3 cups
- 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 4
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🍥 Fish cake slices – 6
Instructions
- 🍄 Soak shiitake mushrooms in water until softened, then slice.
- 💧 In a pot, combine water, soy sauce, and sliced mushrooms. Bring to a simmer.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🥣 Divide cooked noodles into bowls and pour the broth over them.
