Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • 💧 Water – 3 cups
  • 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 4
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍥 Fish cake slices – 6

Instructions

  • 🍄 Soak shiitake mushrooms in water until softened, then slice.
  • 💧 In a pot, combine water, soy sauce, and sliced mushrooms. Bring to a simmer.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • 🥣 Divide cooked noodles into bowls and pour the broth over them.
