Ingredients

  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup, whisked

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat mustard oil and sauté onions with whole spices until golden brown.
  • 🥩 Add meat, ginger-garlic paste, and yogurt, then cook until the meat is tender and oil separates.
  • 🍚 Toss in the soaked rice and sauté gently for a few minutes to coat with the aromatics.
  • 💧 Pour in warm water, add green chilies, and simmer covered on low heat until rice is fluffy.
  • ✨ Rest for ten minutes, fluff with a fork, and serve hot with salad.
