Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – 200g
- 🍵 Tea leaves (e.g., Earl Grey) – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 100ml
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- ✨ Optional toppings (sprinkles, cocoa powder)
Instructions
- 🍵 Infuse cream with tea leaves by heating gently, then steeping for 10 minutes. Strain.
- 🍫 Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- 🍯 Stir in tea-infused cream and honey into the melted chocolate until smooth.
- 🧊 Pour mixture into molds or create small balls and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- ✨ Coat with toppings if desired and serve.
