Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – cubed
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🫙 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
  • 💧 Yogurt – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate mutton with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown on a tawa.
  • 🥘 Add marinated mutton and cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Layer rice and mutton on the tawa, adding mint leaves.
  • 💧 Sprinkle water and cook covered until rice is done.
