Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – cubed
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🫙 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
- 💧 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate mutton with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown on a tawa.
- 🥘 Add marinated mutton and cook until browned.
- 🍚 Layer rice and mutton on the tawa, adding mint leaves.
- 💧 Sprinkle water and cook covered until rice is done.
