Ingredients
- 🐟 Fish fillets – 2 (pomfret or tilapia)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Marinate fish with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil on a tawa (griddle) and place the marinated fish.
- 🍳 Cook each side for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onions on the side until golden and soft.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
