Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish fillets – 2 (pomfret or tilapia)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Marinate fish with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil on a tawa (griddle) and place the marinated fish.
  • 🍳 Cook each side for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🧅 Sauté chopped onions on the side until golden and soft.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
