Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat (beef or lamb) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Bell pepper – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, and spices.
  • 👐 Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil on a tava (flat griddle) or frying pan.
  • 🥄 Shape the mixture into small kebabs and place them on the hot tava.
  • 🍳 Cook the kebabs on medium heat until browned and cooked through, flipping occasionally. Serve hot!
