Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat (beef or lamb) – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Bell pepper – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, and spices.
- 👐 Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil on a tava (flat griddle) or frying pan.
- 🥄 Shape the mixture into small kebabs and place them on the hot tava.
- 🍳 Cook the kebabs on medium heat until browned and cooked through, flipping occasionally. Serve hot!
