Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍗 Chicken Thighs – 2, boneless and skinless
  • 🧅 Onion – ½, thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – ½, julienned
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, sliced
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Green Onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍗 Marinate chicken in soy sauce and mirin for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions and carrots in a pan until softened.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • 🍳 Pan-fry marinated chicken until cooked through.
  • 🍚 Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over rice, garnish with green onions.✨
