Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken Thighs – 2, boneless and skinless
- 🧅 Onion – ½, thinly sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – ½, julienned
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, sliced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Green Onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate chicken in soy sauce and mirin for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and carrots in a pan until softened.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- 🍳 Pan-fry marinated chicken until cooked through.
- 🍚 Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over rice, garnish with green onions.✨
