Ingredients

- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🧈 Ghee or butter – for brushing
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, yogurt, and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Roll out rotis and cook in a tandoor or on a hot griddle.
