Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate prawns with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tandoori masala.
  • ⏳ Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🍢 Thread prawns onto skewers.
  • ♨️ Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until prawns are pink and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
