Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate prawns with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tandoori masala.
- ⏳ Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🍢 Thread prawns onto skewers.
- ♨️ Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until prawns are pink and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
