Ingredients
- 🐙 Octopus – 1 lb, cleaned
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate octopus in yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tandoori masala for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) or prepare a tandoor.
- 🍢 Thread octopus onto skewers.
- ♨️ Cook in the oven or tandoor until slightly charred and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
