Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate momos in yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🍢 Thread marinated momos onto skewers.
  • ♨️ Cook in tandoor or oven for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with mint chutney.
