Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate momos in yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🍢 Thread marinated momos onto skewers.
- ♨️ Cook in tandoor or oven for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with mint chutney.
