Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken pieces – 8, skinless
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste for 15 minutes.
- 🌶️ In a bowl, mix yogurt and tandoori masala to make a paste.
- 🍗 Coat chicken pieces with the yogurt mixture thoroughly.
- ♨️ Preheat tandoor or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🔥 Cook chicken until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
