Ingredients

  • 🥑 Avocado – halved and pitted
  • 🌱 Hara Channa (Green Chickpeas) – boiled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix hara channa, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • 🥑 Fill the avocado halves with the hara channa mixture.
  • ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
  • 🍋 Optional: Squeeze extra lemon juice before serving.
