Ingredients
- 🥑 Avocado – halved and pitted
- 🌱 Hara Channa (Green Chickpeas) – boiled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix hara channa, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 🥑 Fill the avocado halves with the hara channa mixture.
- ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
- 🍋 Optional: Squeeze extra lemon juice before serving.
