  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped

  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak tamarind pulp in warm water for 10 mins, then squeeze to extract the tamarind juice.
  • 🍲 In a pot, combine tamarind juice, fish sauce, chili, and sugar.
  • 🔥 Bring to a simmer and adjust seasoning to taste (sour, sweet, salty).
  • 🥣 Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
