Ingredients
- 🌱 Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped
- 🌿 Herbs (cilantro, mint) – for garnish
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Soak tamarind pulp in warm water for 10 mins, then squeeze to extract the tamarind juice.
- 🍲 In a pot, combine tamarind juice, fish sauce, chili, and sugar.
- 🔥 Bring to a simmer and adjust seasoning to taste (sour, sweet, salty).
- 🥣 Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
