Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Japanese Rice – for serving
- 🥩 Protein (Beef/Chicken/Pork) – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – diced
- 🥔 Potatoes – diced
- 🍎 Apple – grated (optional)
- 🍛 Japanese Curry Roux – store-bought
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté protein and vegetables in a pot until lightly browned.
- 💧 Add water and bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 🍫 Break curry roux into pieces and add to the pot, stirring until dissolved.
