Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Mix in diced tofu.
- 🔥 Fry tofu-egg mixture until golden brown and crispy. Cut into serving pieces.
- 🥜 Prepare peanut sauce with ground peanuts, sweet soy sauce, and water.
- 🌱 Arrange fried tofu-egg on a plate, top with bean sprouts and peanut sauce.
