Ingredients

  • 🌿 Palak (Spinach) – fresh, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic (Lasoon) – minced
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🍅 Tomato – chopped
  • 🧈 Ghee/Oil – for tadka
  • ✨ Spices (cumin, mustard seeds, etc.)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee/oil in a pan for tadka.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies, then onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🌿 Add spinach and spices; cook until spinach wilts and blends well.
