Ingredients
- 🌿 Palak (Spinach) – fresh, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic (Lasoon) – minced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🍅 Tomato – chopped
- 🧈 Ghee/Oil – for tadka
- ✨ Spices (cumin, mustard seeds, etc.)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee/oil in a pan for tadka.
- 🧄 Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies, then onions and sauté until translucent.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 🌿 Add spinach and spices; cook until spinach wilts and blends well.
