Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 4
- 🧀 Swiss cheese – 4 slices
- 🧈 Butter – for spreading
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Optional: Chili flakes
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- 🧈 Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- 🧀 Place two bread slices, butter-side down, in the skillet. Add Swiss cheese and chopped onion on top.
- 🍞 Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- 🔥 Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes per side. Smash down with a spatula for even cooking. Serve immediately. ✨
