Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef Brisket – about 3 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, sliced
- 🫑 Bell Pepper – 1, chopped
- 🍍 Pineapple chunks – 1 cup
- 🍚 Rice Vinegar – 1/4 cup
- 🤎 Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🍅 Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear beef brisket in a large pot or Dutch oven.
- 🧅 Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
- 🍍 Stir in pineapple, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
- 🥘 Braise in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 3 hours, or until tender.
- 🍚 Serve hot over rice.
