Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
  • 🍣 Sushi-grade Fish – sliced (tuna, salmon)
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🌱 Seaweed – nori sheets
  • 🥚 Eggs - thin omelet strips

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool.
  • 🔪 Slice sushi-grade fish, avocado, and cucumber.
  • 🍱 Layer ingredients in a cake pan lined with plastic wrap: rice, fish, avocado, cucumber, seaweed. Repeat layers.
  • 🫙 Gently press down each layer.
  • 🔄 Invert the pan onto a serving plate and carefully remove the plastic wrap.
  • ✨ Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
