Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🍣 Sushi-grade Fish – sliced (tuna, salmon)
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌱 Seaweed – nori sheets
- 🥚 Eggs - thin omelet strips
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool.
- 🔪 Slice sushi-grade fish, avocado, and cucumber.
- 🍱 Layer ingredients in a cake pan lined with plastic wrap: rice, fish, avocado, cucumber, seaweed. Repeat layers.
- 🫙 Gently press down each layer.
- 🔄 Invert the pan onto a serving plate and carefully remove the plastic wrap.
- ✨ Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
