Ingredients
- 🥩 Roast Beef – 3-4 lb
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lb, quartered
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, chopped
- 🧅 Onions – 2, quartered
- 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🫘 Green beans - 1 lb
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 🧂 Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
- 🥔 Place potatoes, carrots, and onions around the beef in a roasting pan.
- 🥘 Roast for 90 minutes or until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- ✨ Let rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving with gravy and green beans.
