Ingredients

  • 🥩 Roast Beef – 3-4 lb
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lb, quartered
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, chopped
  • 🧅 Onions – 2, quartered
  • 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🫘 Green beans - 1 lb

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • 🧂 Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
  • 🥔 Place potatoes, carrots, and onions around the beef in a roasting pan.
  • 🥘 Roast for 90 minutes or until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  • ✨ Let rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving with gravy and green beans.
