Ingredients
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 8 oz
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/2 head, chopped
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 6, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1, sliced
- 🌿 Tofu – 1 block, cubed
- 🍜 Shirataki noodles – 4 oz
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍚 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Eggs – for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 In a pot, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to make the sukiyaki sauce.
- 🧅 Sauté onions in a pan until softened.
- 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
- 🥬 Add cabbage, mushrooms, tofu, and shirataki noodles.
- 🍲 Pour the sukiyaki sauce over the ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve hot with optional egg for dipping.
