Ingredients
- 🍚 Suji (Semolina) – 1 cup
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🥕 Grated Vegetables – 1/4 cup (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
- 🌿 Eno Fruit Salt – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix suji, yogurt, salt, and vegetables (if using) in a bowl. Add water to make a batter of idli consistency. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- ♨️ Add Eno fruit salt to the batter just before steaming. Mix gently.
- 💧 Grease idli molds and pour the batter into each mold.
- 💨 Steam for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 🥄 Remove idlis from molds and serve hot with chutney and sambar. Enjoy! ✨
