Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🍓 Place strawberries in a bowl and roughly mash them with a fork until pulpy.
  • 🍳 Transfer to a small pan over low heat with honey and lemon juice for five minutes.
  • 🥣 Once the fruit is soft and 'mushy', remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • 🥛 Gently fold in the yogurt or mascarpone to create a marbled, creamy texture.
