Ingredients
- 🍓 Fresh Strawberries – 2 cups, hulled and halved
- 🍯 Honey or Maple Syrup – 2 tablespoons for sweetness
- 🍦 Greek Yogurt or Mascarpone – 1/2 cup for creaminess
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon for brightness
- 🌿 Fresh Mint – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍓 Place strawberries in a bowl and roughly mash them with a fork until pulpy.
- 🍳 Transfer to a small pan over low heat with honey and lemon juice for five minutes.
- 🥣 Once the fruit is soft and 'mushy', remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 🥛 Gently fold in the yogurt or mascarpone to create a marbled, creamy texture.
