Ingredients

  • 🌿 Morning Glory – 1 bunch, washed and cut
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, sliced (optional)
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🦪 Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • 🥄 Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chili (if using) and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🌿 Add morning glory and stir-fry quickly for 2-3 minutes, until just wilted.
  • 🍶 Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), stir to combine.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately while hot.
