Ingredients
- 🌿 Morning Glory – 1 bunch, washed and cut
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, sliced (optional)
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🦪 Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🥄 Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili (if using) and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🌿 Add morning glory and stir-fry quickly for 2-3 minutes, until just wilted.
- 🍶 Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), stir to combine.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately while hot.
