Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potato starch – for coating
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for marinade
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated, for marinade
  • 🍶 Mirin – for glaze
  • 🍯 Honey – for glaze
  • 🌱 Sesame seeds – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sticky rice according to package instructions.
  • 🍗 Marinate chicken in soy sauce and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  • 🥔 Coat marinated chicken in potato starch.
  • 🔥 Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🍯 In a separate pan, make a glaze with mirin and honey. Toss fried chicken in glaze.
  • 🌱 Serve chicken over sticky rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
