Ingredients

  • 🥩 Raw beef tenderloin – finely minced
  • 🧅 Shallots – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 🥚 Egg yolk – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 🥖 Bread or toast – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔪 Finely mince the raw beef tenderloin and shallots.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine minced beef, shallots, parsley, egg yolk, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  • ❄️ Chill for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • 🥖 Serve immediately with bread or toast.
