Ingredients
- 🥩 Raw beef tenderloin – finely minced
- 🧅 Shallots – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🥚 Egg yolk – 2
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🥖 Bread or toast – for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Finely mince the raw beef tenderloin and shallots.
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine minced beef, shallots, parsley, egg yolk, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- ❄️ Chill for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- 🥖 Serve immediately with bread or toast.
