Ingredients
- 🥩 Steak – finely minced
- 🐟 Anchovies – finely chopped
- 🧅 Red Onion – finely minced
- 🫙 Capers – drained
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped
- 🥚 Egg Yolk – fresh
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – to taste
- 🌶️ Dijon Mustard – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Finely mince the steak and anchovies separately.
- 🥣 In a bowl, gently combine the minced steak, anchovies, red onion, capers, and parsley.
- 🥚 Add the egg yolk, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix gently to combine.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🧊 Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve cold with toast or crackers.
