Ingredients

  • 🥩 Steak – finely minced
  • 🐟 Anchovies – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Red Onion – finely minced
  • 🫙 Capers – drained
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped
  • 🥚 Egg Yolk – fresh
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – to taste
  • 🌶️ Dijon Mustard – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Finely mince the steak and anchovies separately.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, gently combine the minced steak, anchovies, red onion, capers, and parsley.
  • 🥚 Add the egg yolk, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix gently to combine.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🧊 Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve cold with toast or crackers.
