Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or 🐟 Fish or 🌱 Tofu – main protein
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – sliced
- 🥥 Coconut milk – for creaminess
- 🌿 Curry leaves – for flavor
- 🍋 Lime juice – for tanginess
- 🥄 Curry powder – Sri Lankan blend
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and chilies in oil until fragrant.
- 🥄 Add curry powder and curry leaves; cook for 1 minute.
- 🐔 Add protein (chicken/fish/tofu) and brown lightly.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until the protein is cooked through.
