Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or 🐟 Fish or 🌱 Tofu – main protein

  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – sliced
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – for creaminess
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – for flavor
  • 🍋 Lime juice – for tanginess
  • 🥄 Curry powder – Sri Lankan blend

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and chilies in oil until fragrant.
  • 🥄 Add curry powder and curry leaves; cook for 1 minute.
  • 🐔 Add protein (chicken/fish/tofu) and brown lightly.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until the protein is cooked through.
  • 🍋 Stir in lime juice and serve hot with rice 🍚.
