Ingredients
- 🍚 Paella rice – 2 cups
- 🦑 Squid – 1 lb, cleaned
- ⚫ Squid ink – 2 packets
- 🐟 Fish stock – 4 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Bell pepper – 1, diced
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
- 🦑 Add squid and cook until slightly browned.
- 🍚 Stir in paella rice and squid ink, cooking for 1 minute.
- 🐟 Pour in fish stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.🍋
