Ingredients

  • 🍚 Paella rice – 2 cups
  • 🦑 Squid – 1 lb, cleaned
  • ⚫ Squid ink – 2 packets
  • 🐟 Fish stock – 4 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Bell pepper – 1, diced
  • 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
  • 🦑 Add squid and cook until slightly browned.
  • 🍚 Stir in paella rice and squid ink, cooking for 1 minute.
  • 🐟 Pour in fish stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.🍋
