Ingredients
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – creamy
- 🥚 Eggs – for binding
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍞 Bread crumbs – for topping
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🫘 Olive oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- 🌿 Add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain excess liquid.
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ricotta, spinach mixture, eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 🥘 Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Serve warm.
