Ingredients

  • 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – creamy and smooth

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
  • 🌿 Add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • 🥧 Combine the spinach mixture with the ricotta mixture.
