Ingredients
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – creamy and smooth
- 🥚 Eggs – to bind the filling
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥧 Pie crust – store-bought or homemade
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
- 🌿 Add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- 🥧 Combine the spinach mixture with the ricotta mixture.
- 🥧 Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake until golden brown and set.
