Spicy Pork Broth

Ingredients
- 🍖 Pork shoulder – 1 lb, cubed
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🥕 Carrots – 2 medium, sliced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, minced
- 🍜 Broth – 6 cups (chicken or vegetable)
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear pork in a pot until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Add onion, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add carrots and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 🧂 Stir in soy sauce and bok choy. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
- 🍜 Serve hot and garnish with extra chili flakes if desired.
