Ingredients
- ðĶī Ox Bones â 2 lbs
- ðķïļ Gochugaru (Korean Chili Powder) â 2 tbsp
- ð§ Garlic â 4 cloves, minced
- ð§ Onion â 1, quartered
- ðŋ Green Onions â for garnish
- ð§ Water â 8 cups
- ð§ Salt â to taste
- ðķ Soy Sauce â 1 tbsp
Instructions
- ðĶī Soak ox bones in cold water for several hours, changing water frequently.
- ðĨ Boil bones in water, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, skimming off any scum.
- ð§ Add onion and garlic to the broth.
- ðķïļ Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, and salt. Adjust spice level to taste.
- ðŋ Garnish with green onions before serving.
