Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – ½ medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥩 Ground meat (optional) – 100g
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey or sugar – 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍝 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in sesame oil until softened. Add ground meat (if using) and cook until browned.
  • 🌶️ Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
