Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – ½ medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥩 Ground meat (optional) – 100g
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey or sugar – 1 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in sesame oil until softened. Add ground meat (if using) and cook until browned.
- 🌶️ Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for a few minutes.
- 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
