Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green chutney – to taste
- 🥛 Yogurt – whisked
Instructions
- 🥔 Boil and cube potatoes. Also, ensure chickpeas are boiled.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix potatoes, chickpeas, chopped onions.
- 🥄 Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, and yogurt.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately for the best taste.
